THINGS TO KNOW
Date and Time of Grad Night 2025
June 5, 2025 from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. on June 6, 2025
Please arrive at WHS to check-in and board the bus between 9:15 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on June 5, 2025.
Bus doors will close no later than 10:00 p.m. There will be no refunds for anyone arriving after the last bus leaves.
A couple of weeks before the event, a final confirmation email will be sent to those who completed their Grad Night registration (including a waiver) and submitted payment, in place of a physical ticket.
**We are sorry, but no tickets will be sold at the door**
Each student will be required to be transported to and from the venue via bus. Parents are encouraged to drive their student to and from WHS before and after the event.
Please note that attendees must stay the entire evening unless special arrangements are made with the Grad Night Committee by May 31, 2025. Any student wishing to leave the event early is required to be signed out by a parent and will not be readmitted.

Requirements
- Please come sober. Grad night is a safe, sober and super fun event. Any student found under the influence or in possession of alcohol or any other controlled substance will not be allowed to board a bus and attend the event and, once there, if this issue arises they will be asked to leave the event, with an emergency contact called to pick them up. In any of these cases, a refund will not be issued.
- Appropriate behavior is the same as outlined in the WHS "Dance Contract".
- Any mask requirement will be consistent with local mandates.
What to Bring
- Your WHS school ID is required for registration
- Small bags are OK & will be searched, but no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
- Food and drinks are not necessary, everything will be provided.
- No gum allowed at the venue.
